How do I enable Popup Blocker?

If you are still seeing popups after following the instructions in Blocking All Popups, it is possible that you do not have StopSign Popup Blocker enabled.

Follow these directions to enable Popup Blocker.

  1. Open the eAcceleration Software Station:
  2. Make sure that checkbox next to "Enable Popup Blocker" is checked.
  3. Click Apply.
  4. Open Internet Explorer and click Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. Make sure that the checkbox next to "Enable third-party browser extensions" is checked.
  5. Close and reopen Internet Explorer.
Note: These instructions will not affect popups from any adware programs that already exist on your computer. They are specific to Internet Explorer and may not be compatible with other Internet browsers.
