If StopSign is blocking a popup that you are trying to open, hold down the Control (Ctrl) key and then try again to open the popup.

If you wish to permanently remove a popup from your Blocked Popups list, follow these instructions:

1. Open the eAcceleration Software Station:
   • Click here to open the eAcceleration Software Station.
     
     OR
     
     
   • Click Start > Programs > eAcceleration > eAcceleration Software Station. In eAcceleration Software Station, click the StopSign icon, then Popup Blocker > Settings.
     
     
2. In the Blocked Popups section, click Edit List.
3. In the Website/URLs box, select the URL of the popup you want to allow.
4. Click Remove > OK.
5. Click OK to close the window.
